Is Shak certified?
Absolutely. Shak brings expertise in youth training, adaptive fitness, and boxing, and he makes confidence-building and correct technique a priority in all of his sessions.

Do you serve areas outside Monroe?
Yes, we serve Monroe and nearby towns including Trumbull, Shelton, Newtown, Easton, and Redding. The studio is easily accessible from these neighborhoods.How long are youth classes?
Youth boxing and fitness classes for kids 12 and under are one hour long. Classes emphasize safety, non-contact technique, and age-appropriate drills in small groups.What ages are teen classes?
Teen classes are for ages 13-18. These classes are two hours total - one hour for boxing technique and one hour for fitness conditioning and strength building.
Do you offer private training?
